Paul Bavister is an architect dealing primarily in buildings for performance and architectural research. Within our association, Paul helps us to be inclusive of the interface between aquaponics, urban spatial planning planning, and engineering.

At Flanagan Lawrence, Paul has been project architect for several RIBA award winning buildings.  Having graduating as an architect from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 1999, Paul’s career began in restaurant and retail, with work evolving over the years since to specialise in the public sector, in particular acoustic and performance spaces alongside technology led research projects. Paul is an active member of sound art group Audialsense, and has given lectures on the relationships between sound and architecture internationally. Paul is a Senior Associate Director at Flanagan Lawrence, a Director of Soundforms, and both a design tutor and PHD candidate, at the Bartlett School of Architecture.
